I am a male, but I travel for a living. With that being said, i eat out a lot. I agree with the lady above by saying that you may want to try to drink more water. If I am unable to drink water while on the road, i get extremely bloated.

Eggs and coffee or a protein shake. Even if I'm not hungry I still drink a protein shake it helps get me moving. Plus lots of coffee

I have cancer meds I take so I usually stock up on meds if I have extra money left. Usually dr visits uses up my money. Anything over the counter you can stock up on? (That is allowed)

Interesting to see what other use for training. I've never followed a set plan with my races (Goofy Challenge). I'm sure I'd have a better pace if I did. Actually I know I'd have a much better pace if I did but at least I finish!

my mother knows I'm trying to lose weight and train for races in January. For Christmas she got me a huge box of candy. UGH!

I had mine removed when I was 15. The only difference I noticed was my body had a hard time with fried food. Something I stay away from for this reason plus it's not a good choice of food.

Looks awesome on the rib cage but mine was a PAIN! Only one that really bothered me. I have a cancer poem on my side. (in my profile pic) Hope it still looks good once I "firm" up if not at least I'll know the meaning :)

I can cover mine up for work reasons. Pants and a shirt that goes to my elbows. If I could I'd have full sleeves but work won't allow it. I have reasons for each of mine no random art so when I get old they'll still mean a lot even if they don't look as good!

Tried ChaLean a month ago but didn't like it after a couple days. Started it again this week and have a totally different opinion on it. It's kicking my butt and giving me a great workout. Guess having a positive opinion has made a huge difference!

Today I ran at the gym. Usually things don't catch my attention but a man wearing a dress shirt and jeans jumped on a treadmill next to me. Not sure why but he put the treadmill to 8.3 and took off running for 2 minutes. Jumped off the treadmill and left the gym. Really a 2 minute workout in jeans....kinda of a waste of a…
