  • I weighed in at 183.6 this morning...but I saw 183.2 earlier, so I'm hoping next week is a bigger loss. Good luck to everyone who is weighing in!!!
  • I'm 5'2.5", and I was a size 6/8 at 115 lbs in middle school (I hit puberty early and had curves). I thought I looked fine, but then was told by my modeling agency that I needed to lose weight because I was considered "overweight" at that point. Definitely a blow to my adolescent self-esteem. P.S. 14 years later and I…
  • Celine - you and your husband are definitely in my prayers, and I'm glad that you guys are at least attempting to communicate <3 Joni - Good luck and have fun in Paris! =D Mandie - Have you tried upping your calories for a few days? I always find that helps. But I'm still jealous of the number you're stuck at =P I weighed…
  • Awww Celine I'm so happy for you! Also jealous of the 4.5 lb loss this week, I wish my body would drop that much. I weighed in at 185.0 this week, 1 lb down from last week =D
  • Helloooo ladies! As I get ready to start my crazy, fun-filed, jam-packed weekend, I wanted to check in with you all and see what fun other people are up to. Anyone have something awesome planned? I'm going to a baby party for my "niece" in Sacramento this morning and a concert down the Peninsula later tonight, so I have a…
  • yay!!!!
  • ME TOO!!! I love Stormie Omartian...and yes, feel free to add me! =D
  • Between a human head and the chemical additives the average American consumes each year =D
  • I definitely agree that you need to stay Celine, don't give up! And we are definitely here to support and encourage and help you in whatever way we can =D Just let us know what you need. I weighed in at 186.0 this morning...I told myself that .2 is not a bad loss while bloated.
  • I think eating more is a step in the right direction, but have you also talked to your doctor about this? If it's been only about a week that it's been occurring, then try eating more, but if it's been longer, also check with your physician, because it could be something more serious.
  • Right?! Until I had a proper English tea, I never even knew people added anything to tea...growing up I just drank what was put in front of me as is
  • HAHAHAHAHAHHA, that was my exact reaction when I got to college and offered green tea to people who came over. I'd brew the tea, hand it to them, and then they asked for milk and sugar. I was completely floored the first time it happened.
  • I saw a pretty number on the scale yesterday...and a not so pretty one today =( I'm off to Southern California for a wedding tomorrow, so hopefully I won't get too off track, since I can't really exercise while I'm there. I asked the bride for the menu ahead of time and logged it in to the best of my ability, but will…

  • I'm about 5'2.5" and my goal is a 6....which I haven't been since early high school. If I could get down to a 4 that'd be great, but I don't know if that's possible for my body type (although my sister is a 3/4 and my mom finally hit 5/6 after three pregnancies). Oh, I'm currently a 12/14 on the bottom and much bigger…
  • For me, I think it was easier to share on here because I have the (perhaps false) sense of anonymity, and I know that everyone on this site has the same goals as me (healthier lifestyle, etc.) I still won't actually tell my best friends what I weigh, but I keep them updated with how much I've lost. Maybe when I hit my goal…
  • Just make sure you get out of the S-bend before a book comes to hit you in the head....or maybe that'd be a good thing in this case =P
  • Congrats Ali and Joni on your losses this week! You girls are doing amazing. Alyshe, keep plugging away, I know you can do it <3 I weighed in this morning at 186.2...so back to my lowest weight since starting this challenge..I'm shooting for 184-8-185.4 for next week and into the 170s by the end of this month. Good luck to…
  • Hey Girls! I hope everyone is having an awesome weekend. I have 3 days off because of Labor Day, but I've spent the majority of it in bed so far because I'm sick =(. But on the upside, I get to have way more liquids than normal and plenty of rest without feeling guilty that I'm slacking off on all of my responsibilities.…
  • And way to push through everything going against you!
  • Congratulations Kendra!! Are there any plans to run in a 5K race in the near future?
  • As an educator, I completely agree and must interject here that the behaviors she learns now are habits that she will carry on through the rest of her life, even and especially into the classroom. If she is capable of manipulation at this early an age (and yes, toddlers are DEFINITELY capable of manipulation), I'm scared…
  • Hey Ladies! Congrats on your losses and your NSV Joni! I weighed in this morning at 186.8, which is .4 higher than last week, but i lost traded fat for muscle tone in my calves (I didn't know I had any fat left there, but now my muscles are sticking out, haha). My original goal for Labor Day was 180, but I think I'm going…
  • I'm 5'2.5" (I always round up to 5'3" though) and my ultimate goal for now is 135...I'll probably reevaluate when I get closer
  • is there still a wall of feathers available? =P
  • Congrats on your losses girls! I was running late this morning, so I will weigh in tomorrow...and hopefully I will remember to *crosses fingers*
  • I just had the most fun-filled weekend, spending time with old friends and celebrating the 2nd birthday of the little boy who owns half of my heart (no he's not mine, but his baby brother owns the other half ). I definitely overdid it a bit this weekend, but I guess I'm trying to rationalize it in my head as a break from…
  • Lucerne (Safeway brand) 2% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar sticks....I swear they're addicting
  • LOL mine is have your monthly friend come, completely flip out, drink more water than you thought humanly possible, and add in an extra workout that doubles as bonding time with your mommy =D I hope more falls off this week...*crosses fingers*
