So I've posted numerous times how much I love this bread and as a diabetic, I have it almost every morning. Today I tried it with 1/2 a smashed banana and YUMMY!!!! This recipe does not disappoint!!!!

My husband and I were driving in separate cars to bring my car in for service. Being in the tri-state region, I had the NY radio station and initially they reported a small plane hit the first tower. I remember meeting my husband at the service desk, saying "Hey, did you hear some crackpot flying a plane ran into the World…

I know my hubby has been looking at P90x and we've seen Tony Horton on QVC. They sometimes offer easy pay options and if you don't like it, they will take it back. I just happened to see him on there the other day. No sure price wise or package wise who has the better deal. Just a thought.

Those are awesome and really very helpful!!!

Weighing in today. 1/2 pound loss since last week. Will work on better numbers for next week. I learned this week how much salty foods effect me - I ate out once and OUCH! I also learned how much emotions play in my eating even when you don't think they would. My 15 year old daughter lost a friend last weekend. He was…

I love Ezekiel bread and eat the sesame bread all the time!! I prefer it toasted too. I use my bread ends and make homemade croutons -delicious. PS - ezekiel also good for diabetics - low glycemic index because made with sprouted grains.

Search the post for 2 minute mug bread. It's made with Egg, flaxseed meal, baking powder, splenda and cinnamon. I'm not sure if you would consider that bread or not but as a diabetic it works for me. I make this every morning for breakfast. Some people have added variations so you may find it helpful.

Tonight we grilled veggies. I brushed portabella mushroom caps and asparagus with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Awesome!!!!!!!!

I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer and 25 minutes on the stationary bike. I'm pooped & sore!

Cereal serving sizes are small. I like the Barbara Puffins (Peanut Butter) which 1 serving size is 3/4 cup. I divvy them into small snack bags and have them as a sweet snack. I particularly like them with coffee/tea after dinner. 110 calories. I would never think that would be satisfying as a meal.

Just stay on your path and you will be fine. Do what you feel comfortable with. I remember when I was losing weight one of my friends said, "all you talk about is the gym and fitness and healthy stuff." And what's wrong with that.....right? You are taking important steps in your life to change your lifestyle and know you…

Hello and I would love to hop on this ONEderland train!!!!!!!!!! I am 49 years old. My current weight is 228.5. I have lost over 100 lbs. before joining mfp last month. I am the mom of a soon to be 16 year old (YIKES) and I am currently unemployed-ugh~ I have overcome diabetes and my body has stopped the consistent weight…

I used to drink it with cream and sugar now black with one or two splenda. I've gotten used to it~

Just be careful with seltzer. I mistakenly tried a berry flavored "beverage" which had sugar in it. Seltzer has no calories, sodium or sugar.

Better. When I make tuna, I add green onions/scallions and gives it a ton of flavor and pop it into a ww tortilla or pita. Leftover grilled chicken can be used to make a quesadilla with lo fat mozzarella cheese and veggies. When we grill chicken, we grill lots and try to use it during the weekhomemade quesadilla, homemade…

Watch out for the KFC grilled chicken - sodium is 700.

Definitely log. I will usually write in the notes why the overage and then move on. If you end up being over, try to compensate with a little exercise. Head to the gym before your celebrating begins or after a large meal, head outside for a walk.

I did it and you can do! I drink seltzer water and unsweetened iced tea-everyday I brew a big pitcher of Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry and add some sliced ginger to it.

I try to stay away from McDonalds and Starbucks. For breakfast, I think there are more alternatives that are healthier. I didn't see any fruit? For snacks, I always hear you should match a protein with a carb. Maybe look into that? I cook so most of my meals are from scratch and make big batches of meals so my hubby and I…

Exactly what I do. I will add loads of veggies (I keep a container in the fridge of leftover veggies from meals and grilling) and use usually 2 eggs and lo fat shredded mozz cheese. Sometimes I will stuff it into a Josephs Flax & Oat Pita (60 calories) and it's something hot and not overly heavy.

I would rather put up with excess skin then the flipside of not being healthy. I know the turkey neck I developed since losing weight is better - though it's taken almost a year. My upper arms were bad but now getting better. I think it takes time and I also go to the gym almost every day. There is one word I would like to…

I agree with all the replies and after taking a quick look at your diary, I would caution to watch the sodium as that will give you water retention. Frozen meals have tons of salt and maybe try keeping track of that component in your diary.
