Just finished 25 min of 30 day shred which includes the 25 squats w/ 3lbs weights and also 20 mins of kickboxing. I was really not feeling it today :yawn: but I got up and did it and I feel so much better. :bigsmile: GOOOO TEAM BLUE!!! :tongue:

I was just thinking..... How do you ladies feel about taking a before and after pic... Since tomorrow is our first weigh in I thought we could take a pic of us now and then at the 30 day mark take another and the at 60 take a final pic. What do you ladies think?

Wow the food challenge will be a little tough for me. Reason being is that my husband works nights so I'm on his schedule, but I will make it work. This just means I will need to get up earlier to go for my walks before school and before my kids get up for the day.
