Sounds like a great plan Patti - good luck with steering clear of anything dire at work! I'm doing good today - fruit target hit for the day, water and vegetables well on track and 30 minutes of exercise already logged. Now to hit the rest of the day and make some good choices for an evening meal!

Gloria: I assume the number in the bonus exercise is your calories burned which is adding to your weekly points total - so it currently thinks you've got 771 points for the week :smiley: . However, I'm not the best with Excel calculations so its probably easier for me to calculate from your weekly total and then work out…

Morning all - my Monday was good. Didn't manage to get the exercise in but all else achieved. Back into the office today and will stop by the fruit stall on my way in - stock up for the week! Back up to working 5 days a week from next week

Sorry I went awol yesterday- some nasty 24 hour vomiting virus that my little boy brought back from nursery took us all down. Feeling a bit more human today thankfully so back to it! Hope you all have a good Friday

well I think yesterday was an official fail for me - started bad and didn't improve! Today will be better - out to buy fruit at lunch time to get me through the rest of the week and we've got some nice, veg heavy meals planned through to Friday. Have a good day all :)

My plan is to give up chocolate. Given how much I ate over Christmas this should help to balance things a bit and it will help with my healthier eating and the 8 week challenge that I am participating in up to Easter!
