  • I am done with day 22. Level 3 day 2. I had a harder time today than yesterday. I think it was because some of my muscles were sore. Still modifying.
  • Congratulations!! That must feel wonderful! I haven't lost any weight and don't wear belts but I feel a difference in my clothes. I am waiting until the end to measure.
  • Done with day 20. I am also on to level 3 tomorrow. I saw a lot of improvement during level 2. At the beginning I couldn't do the plank jacks now I can...though not very well. I have lost very little weight but I feel that I have lost inches...I am not measuring until the end.
  • I'm done with day 19 also. One more day of level 2 then on to level 3.

  • I started with Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home videos. It was easy to build up and now I do 5 miles with no problems. I am also doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video with a group but that has been really hard and I don't recommend it for someone starting out. I wish that I had waited to start it.
  • Day 17 is done. I did a few things without modification today... Like the plank jacks...didn't quite get them all in but I did most of them. Hopefully my knees will be ok today.
  • Day 16 is done for me!! Yah!!
  • Day 14 done for me. DH exercised with me again this morning. I have finally lost a little weight, just .4 but is was something. I haven't measure but I know that my legs have gained a lot of muscle.
  • Day 13 is done. I am doing the 30 days straight through. I am really looking forward to January 31st. I really, really hate the planks and have to modify everything because of my knees.   • I'm done. I had to modify everything again today but I made it through with only taking 1 little breather. Really, really hate planks...the woman is crazy!
  • Day 11 is done. Level 2 is a killer. I had to modify everything. Very hard on the knees. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
  • I hit my snooze button this morning so I had to get it in later in the day. Thank goodness level 1 is done. My left knee started hurting a couple of days ago. I am hoping that level 2 will be easier on my knee. I will get up in the morning and get it done.
  • Day 9 done for me! I didn't want to get out of bed and was saying to myself..."why am I doing this? I never wanted to start this." thought about hitting the snooze but told myself I didn't want to come on here and say that I was quitting. Not shaky after I am finished any more but still breathing heavy.
  • Day 8 is done. I had to force myself out of bed but I did it. I don't shake as long afterwards as I used too. I am not using the weights during the lunge with the arm lifts.   • Day 5 is done for me. My right shoulder still hurts but other than that I have been fine. The hated Jumping Jacks are getting better. I am still having trouble catching my breath and am really happy when circuit 1 is done. So that I can get a breather.

  • I got up at 5:40 (slept through the alarm for 10 minutes) and got it done. I am very careful of my knees. My family has a history of knee problems and I don't want them. Maybe I will get a knee brace also. My right knee ends up hurting if I do a full jumping jack.

  • My husband got up and did day 1 with me. I do mine first thing in the morning. Great way to get the day started. I log mine in as "circuit training, general" since I don't have an HRM. We can do this!!

  • I take 10 mg of Methimazole daily. I am the opposite of everyone else. I have to stay away from iodine thus no shell fish and I buy salt with no iodine added to it.
