AMAZING! You look wonderful!

Like I said, I do not have the option to work out at home. I can only go at lunch and to the gym.
-
You're just mocking me now... jogging is barely a thing yet mister!
-
I cannot do any at home DVDs or anything like that- the gym is 2 blocks from my office, so I have to work out there
-
I sure do! It's one of my favorite tools... my IG is half fitness/half real life. @BigPlanBigCrash

Bring a bottle of wine! Can't Hardly Wait was such a good time last night!

There is hope! Hallelujah. I've had an ex tell me I got too skinny for him... Which is just fine bc there's a reason he's an ex in the first place
-
Nope! When Seth Rogan lost weight, I was quite distraught... I'm really happy he's getting fat again
-
....you have to be crazy to NOT want to bang...there is something seriously wrong with anyone who turns down sexytime.

LMAO. Seriously, dying over here

I will make exceptions for old & filthy stinkin rich... and preferably in very poor health >.<

As someone who bleed blue, I am rooting for my GMEN to get their **** together again this year! I'm pretty impressed with the Packers right now to be honest though. It's only 57 days till Ravens/Broncos kick it offfffff

I HIGHLY recommend grabbing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shed... while you WILL NOT lose 30 pounds, it's your very best bet for losing inches really quickly

26 with 60lbs to go. I log/update/workout EVERYDAY. No excuses!

Incredible! You are an inspiration and a great example for your son. I'm sending you a friend request--- I'm starting at your CW, but I was once 50 lbs heavier.

THIS. THIS. THIS. The most perfect post on all of MFP. I think I'm in love with you.

I'm a big fan of putting a face to a name. For me, when I add someone on MFP, it's because I want us to be able to push and support eachother and something about being able to connect that to a face makes someone seem more real and more personal. My biggest peeve though is blank profiles. It's like they don't really plan…

I was just saying this myself! I eat and I train hard. And I need more friends on here!

The scale measures your relationship with gravity and nothing more. I have given up my scale for the next 6 months. Here's why: I tried to put a pair of shorts on in April that I could barely get past my thighs. I weighed 201 lbs. Last week I put on the same pair of shorts, they fit like a dream. I weigh 198.5 lbs. 2.5…

It's a TOOL- same as anything else. 99% of the food you track is not accurate down to the exact calorie either. I have a Polar FT4 and it has definitely helped me track my cardio. At the end of the day, between my ESTIMATED calorie burn and my ESTIMATED calorie intake, I'm an ESTIMATED 500 calories under my ESTIMATED TDEE.…

http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/calorie-intake-to-lose-weight.php So, let me explain- my BMR is 1700, my maintenance is about 2050, so I NET about 600 calories less than my maintenance a day for an approx 1.5 lb weight loss a week. I want to make sure I take in about 1400 calories a…

It's true. I have always been my worst enemy. I know I should focus on retraining my brain as much as my body
-
Oh I totally hear you! Ive never been scared of weights or "bulking"...I'm not stuck on a number either...but when you're as overweight as I am, there is no way "toned" is happening for me with significant weight loss
-
I have one on my profile. It was a good pat on the back, seeing it that way...but I guess I'll have to keep going before I can "feel" it.
-
THIS means a ton to me, I needed to hear that, thank you!
-
When I'm on track, I work OUT. Not cardio 24/7 (I had knee surgery years ago that makes a ton of cardio difficult anyway), but I did not shy away from yoga, kettlebells, weights, and all of that--- I noticed abs forming and cuts in my arms, it was satisfying. Gaining back ANY amount of weight wasn't on my to-do list, but…

From here, I have about 65lbs to lose to my UGW, but Ive never been that weight so who knows if it's my true goal. I just have this mental block that if it's not exactly what I want, would it have been worth it?
