Thank you for all of your opinions, I'm going to definently try them now, and even the gelato :) But sorry I like processed crap for the sake of fewer calories and the ability to keep my sweet tooth in check :) the banana cocunut milk idea is rubbish though, sorry I hate both, and as I said Sorbet is not ice cream in my…

It's fun to get current opinions and have a personal discussion about problems, don't like it, don't look, let's keep things friendly :) I'm sure everyone sees the search button, not just you ;)
-
Just read up on other peoples ideas and experiences and make up your own mind based on what you think your problems are :) I went from never exercising to doing it 3 hours, five times a week and that helped because it was completely different than my bad norm, just change what you realize as bad habits :)

I try not to use my period as an excuse, but when I feel extra down in the dumps those few days I do have a sweet or salty treat :) try not to set a cheat day though, those allow you to binge, which is bad, just have a treat if you cant live without it, and try healthy treats that you love, Try 100 calorie pack snacks,…

All too true, make the checking in a fun game and an exciting part of your day :)
-
Try to ALWAYS use the same scale honey :) The old school ones are always the best as well, not the digital, the one with the little weights :)
-
Ive had the same awesome experience, and I'm a computer user as well :) keep it up, if you forget to track a day, or a few, dont stop completely, just pick it back up :) and keep at it, I've already lost 42lbs using this site :)

Always weigh yourself at the same time , first thing in the morning, maybe it was water weight? And I know this sounds weird, but maybe you had to pee? Lol, a full bladder will weigh you down?
-
You look sooooooo much younger and thinner! Keep up the good work! Btw the clothes show an improved confidence as well :)
-
Exactly! Just try smaller portions, half a serving is what I do when I notice I'll be eating a lot that day
-
Good answer! Listen to this chicka! smaller portions more often will help! And drink tons of water :)
-
Change up your exercise, and do it more often, you should work out five times a week, the extra time will give you improvements, and never go more than a day in-between exercising, two at the most, hope this helps :)

Artificial supplements give artificial results, I suggest just hitting the exercise harder and changing up your routine or diet :)
-
Such amazing results! And jeff is right, you look much happier and smiley, not to mention more radiant and confident, keep up the great work :)

Hit the gym and join a good supporting class, my cycling class keeps me motivated, and the card helps me drop the pounds :) also stay more consistent with your diet, trying not to consume too many calories, and don't let them be bad calories! 1200 calories can be tons of fruits and veggies, or a tub of ice-cream, a burger,…

Crunches! If you've joined a gym then ab machines :)

The model is just extremely picturesque, jealousy is not a friend when it comes to weight loss :p
-
I know, I won't ever use diet pills, they've caused a friend of mine to lose his mother, I'm %100 against them, no worries :)
-
ThAnks for the help guys :) I think they'll remain battle wounds for now lol, but I'll try those products as soon as I reach my goal, thanks for the support :)
-
If you stick to this it will help! I've lost 42lbs, went from 192 to 152 and still going strong, just Hang in there! Your kids will always be important, but your body is your temple, take care of it for yourself :) start with baby steps, we all learn to walk before we run :)
-
It's your journey, enjoy it and never compare yourself :)
-
About two for me

I do cycling the most, it's seriously the funnest part of my workout, and since I started my thighs have improved tremendously, so go for it :) I'm sure you won't be disappointed :)
-
Being healthy should always be your numero UNO priority, your body will know when its healthy. Just do cardio, it gains less muscle, cycling will be your bff for those thighs :) and avoid chest exercises if your really concerned about your neck :)
-
My suggestion, if you want the scale number to drop is to add more cardio, I do three hours (minimum) five times a week and I lose an average of five pounds in two weeks... Now I know were all different, but I hope this helps :p
