A very boring day at work for me today as well. I took advantage of it and went out for a 3 mile walk. I love being able to walk at work. As for the weekend, I have my kids so I hope to do some fun stuff with them. I live in Lexington, KY and the Fair is going on so we will probably head out there just to check it out.…

Wow! Thank you guys for the outpouring of support and encouragement. I really appreciate it. Congrats to all of you who are on the program as well and to all of you who have completed it.
