Weigh in at 277.4 pounds. On my way to my current goal of 245. Just more than 32lbs to go!! Cant wait to see myself on the beach nearly 60 pounds lighter than the same time last year! Just thinking of the picture of myself is motivation enough to change my body.

Dont just focus on lbs get scale that measures bone density as well as bf% and water content the weight on the scale is not the whole picture

In the last 2 years I have gained over 60 pounds due to a really stress filled and lazy lifestyle. So far in five and a half weeks I have lost 25 of those pounds. My goal for May 23 is to lose another 25 pounds while increasing my workout weights (bench press, squat, and decreasing my mile time from 9:45 to 8:00)
