Well, speaking from a "saggy" full D point of view, the padding hides the protruding nipple that gravity has bestowed. (Hope that does not get this thread zapped. It really is a good question.) Then the push-up completes a more youthful form. Just sayin'. I find the curvy section at department stores and go wild LOL.
