Well done at keeping at the workout, i must admit that my thighs are burning too! I'm gonna try and get it done before work, as you don't wanna come home after a day at work and go through all that pain and stuff lol. We are measuring even five days to give the shred time to work it's magic :)

I had the same problem, you need to have the buttons facing outward, and the wiimote with buttons the right way up (for example, if someone was looking at it while it was on your hip, they could read it as its the right way up). I hope this helps!

I know this may sound cheesy, but the five step fat attack with claire from steps is really good - I have such a good workout with that. There is a long warm up, a cardio section, a combat section, a toning section and then a really good cool down section. Its only cheap and for something different, why not? :)
