Banana Shake - Blend 1 ripe banana, 2 packets of sweetener, 1/3 c skim milk, ice. It tastes just like the homemade banana ice cream I used to have as a kid.

Eating when I was hungry and not when the clock said I should eat. Before, I had too much time left at the end of my calories.

I have only been a coffee drinker for the last 3-4 years. I started with a couple of packets of sweetener (Sweet & Low is my preference) plus a tbs of flavored creamer and a tbs of skim milk. The milk mellows the coffee without adding a bunch of calories.

I pre-logged dinner then changed my mind about what I was going to eat. I deleted and re-logged the actual calories in MFP. Fitbit now reflects those calories plus what I deleted. I have synced, logged off, refreshed and Fitbit still won't lose the deleted calories.

This is good information. Non-fat white chocolate mocha w/o whip is what I always order. I don't recall the calorie count, but it is more than 75.
