I generally don't eat my exercise calories, because I find it hard enough to even eat my daily calories! But if I'm hungry and I'm at my daily cals. I'll eat some of my exercise cals :)

I usually have a bowl of cereal, a low-cal yogurt, and a bowl of fruit - usually works out to about 250 cals. and is super filling!!

I do it every morning, as soon as I wake up. I only go by my weekly weigh ins, but I like seeing progress each day - keeps me motivated!

We eat dinner at around 5, because my husband works an early shift (4am-1pm) so he's in bed by 8. It works good for me though, I can eat my dinner, clean, go for a walk, and then I'm usually too tired to worry about snacking and just hit the hay! I'm in love with stirfrys - quick and easy!

Woohoo go Team Pink!! Well a bit about myself: I'm a 23 yr old SAHM to a 2 year old boy. Last year I lost about 40 lbs. and this year I've lost (and GAINED BACK) 15 lbs. I have 21-26 lbs to go to my goal weight. And I'd really like to lose 15-20 by the end of these 60 days! I'm excited!!
