Ditto all of the above, besides, if I am going to go to the trouble of recording it I want it seen so I am accountable! I am at a point in my life where criticism is no big deal. If it is given in concern then I appreciate that someone cares and if it is given in meanspiritedness, then they have their own issues to deal…

I was a teenager in the 80's too and teenage girls are generally thinner then adult women. I had a very hard time with that because I was never tiny. I was fit, but I felt so much larger than most girls my age. Now, I want to be fit (am close!) and most of the women my age are so much larger than me. But to your comment…

Well, I did get an electronic display scale and kitchen scale for better accuracy this week. The old ones were too unreliable. I also just got a pedometer so I can see how much I really walk at work. Gonna use it for the first time today! But really, the best was getting rid of my too big clothes after a significant weight…

I have been making life changes. I have cut all pop (soda) from my diet for going on two years with no plans to drink it again. I am making healthy choices! And, most importantly, I've gotten rid of ALL of my too big clothes after my weight loss so I must make this permanent.

Sometimes I love 'em and sometimes, they kick my butt, but they never fail to inspire :-)

LOL At 90 wouldn't most actors be young? Personally I want Colin Firth, but that is a whole other story

I'm happy today because i got to play tennis with my friend and found a gorgeous suit for work that fit perfectly (skirt size 4 and jacket size 8) at a garage sale for $4! Winner (though I did lose at tennis, but it was close ;-) )

Awesome idea, I would definitely get into some MFP gear!

Wow! Amazing! I haven't lost nearly that much weight, but the difference in my face was rather extreme, I thought. Nothing to yours.

I'm 5'4" and I started at 161 wearing a size 10 and have reached 116 at my smallest. Held at 121-125. Now wearing a size 2 or 4. My goal is to get back to 116 and maintain that weight with fitness!!

I am so glad that I found this topic and didn't start a new one on the same thing. I have my profile set at light active because one of the examples they give is teacher and that is what I am. I teach high school and definitely move quite a bit while in "teaching mode". I also picked up a part time job waiting tables and…

My hubby doesn't offer support in that he doesn't participate with me or tell me what a fabulous job I'm doing and all that, but he doesn't unconsciously sabotage me either which a lot of spouses do. They are comfortable with the way things are and are afraid of change. So no encouragement may not be a bad thing.

The "fat face", losing neck is a huge reason I got started! Makes perfect sense to me ;-)

Please, please, please...be soooo careful when riding bikes on the road. I had a very dear friend hit by a motorist while he was cycling and I still can't believe that he is gone. He was riding in the late morning on a bright day, wearing proper gear (to be seen) on a country road and should have been safe.

LOL!!!

$0.99 now huh, man they don't keep things free for long. Yesterday free, today $0.99. I wonder what they will charge tomorrow ;-)

I like your plan :-)

Ditto to what everyone is saying about you having an awesome husband. They are rare. Also, I might add congrats for even getting on the scale at the doctors office. It is something I simply won't do. You can say no and I have ;-) Finally, I have to say, you are gorgeous and you can do it!

I know it's been said a million times already but...WOW, Amazing, Awesome. I am sooooo impressed, inspired and motivated. Thank you for sharing. So very fantastic!

Costco sells organic prewashed Quinoa in bulk! Plus, they have been selling a Quinoa salad that is pretty good too. My personal fav Quinoa recipe so far: 1 part Quinoa (usually a cup) 2 parts chicken broth (low sodium) sauteed mushrooms--usually a cup of diced, maybee 1.5 cups if I have it (any kind you like/can afford) in…

I am 5'4" and my goal is 118. I have down to 116. I am rather small framed so as long as I am exercising and toned then 118 seems realistic to me.
