I love grilled chicken sandwiches on whole wheat sandwich thins with part-skim cheese, tomatoes, lettuce leaf, and spicy ranch. It's usually about 324 calories.

I plan on enjoying myself... I've worked too hard to let one day defeat me. I'll eat what I want with my new mindset I have now, and get back on routine the next day. I agree.. I use to drink soda everyday, one day... I just decided to STOP. Haven't had a soda in three months, doing fine and haven't even had a craving for it.
