I'm too much of a foodie to ever skip a meal -- definitely breakfast. I pretty much eat the same thing most days (greek yogurt and fruit, shredded wheat and 1% milk, scrambled egg whites or a whole wheat bagel) but I'll learning how to mix things up and try new things.

only 60... I'm a loser, but I have lost 17 pound since starting on MFP, 35 all together.

I love salty foods... pretzels with mustard, pickles, goldfish; I'd take a salty soft pretzel over ice cream any day.

Quickly, I just wanted to say that this workout is a favorite because I love working my arms, that's my target area. The static curls burned great,…

I pre-log my meals in the morning... always, so I can avoid over-eating. It works great for me :drinker:

I think this theory is a myth. I have successfully lost about twenty pounds in a month, sometimes eating right before I close my eyes to sleep... it didn't slow down my weight loss nor did I make me feel sluggish in the morning.

^^This. As a true foodie, I have never been tired of food... even at my biggest. My friends think I'm abnormal because of the amount of food I eat. Not only do I love to eat, I love cooking. I'm losing weight... still the same massive foodie. :drinker:

Everybody's goal is different -- mines is 1790, but I've change it every month to work around my current workout. I eat more now because I'm doing P90X. More protein, less fat.

Day 11 - Yoga X :smokin: After constant hesitation to do Yoga X, mainly because of the huge time length, I decided to take the next step and do it. The first forty minutes were indeed difficult but I tried my best to hold my balance and not focus on the clock. The hardest workout at that time was definitely the Triangle…

Sounds great... I'll try it! I made something similar a couple weeks back. I used dark chocolate, almonds, and blueberries, it was really good.

7. Denying yourself your favorite foods. Be it chocolate or bacon, totally banning a favorite “unhealthy” food from your diet sets you up for temptation. Instead, use your calorie-counting skills to build in a small indulgence now and again. ^IMO, that's one of the most important things to remember. I hate seeing people…

Sounds about right... with the addition of pepperoni pizza and ranch! Oh, chocolate covered pretzels stole my soul.
