OMGG. you are amazing!!! lol. I was looking for a 0 calorie drink that was not actually a drink. I tried alcoholic free beers just to stay away from the alcohol and calories but that was definitely not working for me. Thanks so much for the tip! lol.

I do not. I consider cleaning and walking apart of my daily activities that I would be doing regardless of whether I was trying to lose weight or not. I only log cardio and weight lifting exercises.

I do that too!! Instead of eating ice cream, I'll throw a banana in the freezer and wait for it to get cold and a lil harder. It's also great if you mash it up and stir in a lil honey. Yummmm.
