Welcome to my fitness pal! I have some issues with having separate food for myself and kids, and it's not always easy to just eat my food ie gluten-free and lots of produce etc. So, I can understand the issue with family members and the fact that they don't gain extra weight like I do.

I ate pizza a couple times this week. Nibbled some Newman's of my kids (I try to avoid gluten) and some rice crust for me. Sometimes I gain from doing this, but I wonder if it's all the salt. You painted all day. That would make me pretty hungry. Pizza= bread + tomato sauce + cheese + maybe meat and/or veggies...

My doc said my goal is btw 130-150 lb, so I picked 140. I have been stuck btw 158-166 these past 2 yrs and it is frustrating. I keep reducing my diet and exercising more.
