Screw the scale! If you are FEELING a difference and noticing a difference.. just switch to measuring instead of weighing for a while and keep feeling great!!

Hey! Do you like doing the HIIT Pilates too? Cassey rocks!

I meant to ask if anyone else was loving their diet like this, and indulging in their no longer guilty pleasure? Is anyone else loving life like me? :D

I was going to say lol "Where did you get the magical size adjusting dress?" You look awesome!

I would suggest actual bread. You only need flour, water, salt, and sometimes a dash of this or that.. not long lists of ingredients that contain things that sound like a science experiment! Try your local farmer's market this spring?

No luck needed! If you stick to it, you will get there... you can do it!!

I absolutely agree with you 100%... in fact my husband and I did overcome that and it was one of the hardest things we have ever done. But also one of the very best.

I dream every night I don't have dreams over and over but I do dream of the same places that don't exist in real life... such as a dream university, city, church, etc... I do not think that these dreams have meaning... although the story lines are usually fantastic.

Eat a whole cake!! (lol NO) Clothes definitely sounds awesome... Either that or try something new you haven't ever done before. Sky diving or Parachuting if you're really brave... or even rock climbing or something else really physical you wouldn't have been able to do before. Both a celebration AND a testimony of how far…

My niece and her husband were all about clean eating recently because of the book In Defense of Food... so I read the book and I'm convinced I need to take much better care of myself. So I am.

You will find that most people here can only focus on one of the macronutrients to stay in check at a time all while focusing on being under in calories as the most important. It is extremely challenging to be under everything. If you ever find the magical day of food where you manage it let everyone know lol Welcome to…

Because of all the controversy surrounding apartame (sp?) and the fact that that particular sugar hasn't been around very long so we are only now beginning to see the effects of drinking that sugar long term... for me? Definitely not.

Well it seems like what you're eating has a significant amount of sodium, that you may want to cut back on a little. I couldn't tell you a no fail way to get the weight loss going except to tell you what you could do to make your diet more "perfect" which is cut back on sodium, perhaps eat a little more, and drink more…

I am sure that for most people when refined sugar is cut from the diet there is a lot more focus put into eating something better. So not necessarily anti-sugar but more pro-health? I would suggest not cutting ALL sugar, simply because fruit contains a lot of natural sugars (fructose) and other wonderful things that our…

Honestly.... because of the fear of the prices going up too much to eat anything healthy, we are starting a garden this year. Otherwise we stick to either Farmer's Market, the Health Food Store, or frozen food. My husband and I are working on becoming more self reliant. I know that all the "end of the world" prepping…
