  • At first I thought it was a chest strap issue, but it is repeatable every time if i just stretch my arm out above me after a few seconds it will always lose the signal. So it's just a matter of chance if my arm is up if it happens to be refreshing the signal it will lose it and then take 5-10 seconds to get it back.

  • Squats, lunges, and jumping jacks are great for getting your heart rate going, so I would log it (especially if your setting is sedentary... if you are higher than that you might not have to)
