Ok...the day is over...and I am definitely going to look for some ways to improve my sugar intake! On the plus side, I finally managed to keep my sodium levels in the green! Baby Steps!!! PS: Planks suck.....by that, I mean I suck at planks! Boo!

Seriously? I'm 5'2...I really wish I could grow a few inches. At this height, even the smalles of weight gain is noticeable.... on the upside, I'm pretty sure all the up and down on the step stool is increasing my calorie burn!
