Have a "fun" day out in the park? Get a ball and kick it around? play catch with them if they're old enough, bike riding? swimming? :) play music while you clean the house and if the kids are old enough they might join in :D

:') you could always go running with your baby in a pram/stroller? its what celebrities do... must burn more calories pushing a pram and jogging/running at the same time :) you've got to be careful doing that though. http://running.about.com/od/kidsrunning/tp/tipsforjoggingstrollerrunning.htm

a wii is a game console. most people buy games like "wii fit" or "wii sports" theres LOADS of games desgined for exercise and fitness :) the PS3 has a fair share of their own too :)

Take the kids to exercise with you! take them swimming, to the park, running, play catch :') I'm sure you'd burn even more than normal having to chase 6 kids around during the activity! :O OR find clubs the kids like... gymnastics, football etc - try to get it so they all overlap and while theyre having fun there you hit…

more sugar. helps stop if going out of date! it's why jam/jelly doesnt go mouldy unless you contaminate the knife you put in the jar!

it's easily possible to be 800 calories for a FULL pasta dish but not one cup! you've got oz volume and oz mass mixed up most likely.

stick to the healthy options, and don't have seconds or snack in between. just enjoy yourself :)

quorn products have come a long way in the last few years. theyre high in protein and some taste amazing now. :) you can subsitiute some meat for them!

log it. because when you throw food up youve already digested some of it. if you dont throw blood up then you still have something in your stomach :)

you could have a vitamin deficiency.. i think vitamin B or D makes you kind of black out... i have it all the time. if i stand up too fast i feel like im blackingout but i dont..

You might not be getting a balanced diet... if you're lacking in a nutrient you might not lose. You could just have water weight from the Chinese. Try get ahold of some waterpills and have one? :)
