Taco and Margarita man? Do they have a lasagna man? I love lasagna. Like Garfield. Since we are having a destination wedding, our "reception" will be after we get back. It's more of a laid back celebration. Nothing fancy. No tablecloths. No uncomfortable dresses. Food, drink, booze and lots of dancing. :)

Yes. The weekend eating. It was such a vicious cycle of doing great and them BAM! Weekend. Finally learning to just continue doing what I'm doing and not pay the price on Monday. We're so wise...

Yup 27-now were very struggley times. I kinda get my body now. We have an understanding. I keep it moving and it won't "move" where I don't want it to... Mostly my midsection is giving me the worst grief.

I'd love love love to do a yoga or pilates class on a regular basis. That would be amaaaazing. I didn't stretch much during the break, but did some occasional stretching on my couch back which is the perfect height for my leg! Go hips, go!

I used to figure skate on roller skates! We did ballet back then, and just a few months ago I decided to do it again. I've been taking ballet classes and absolutely love it. Skating did cater to my thighs and that I didn't like. With ballet it is already elongating my muscles and keeping me moving enough to start a good…

Yeah I never did the whole 30 minutes. I usually did about 10, lol. I did a lot of days, but kind of lost track towards the end there. I still stretch every day but not like I was. Hey, I'm still bendy! LOL!

Yeah the receptionist of our studio asked us if we were excited about the break. ... We looked at her like she just said she got her mom an albino grizzly bear for Christmas. Stretching and my combos are the main focus during this break. Oh yeah and NOT eating cookies and candy for breakfast. That can't be good right?

They keys to my weight loss success (whether I follow them or not) is way less salt, portion control, no soda or sweet drinks and water, water, water. Try starting to make Bento Boxes for meals or at least lunch. They are fun and easy to control if you get a small little box and jam it with good food.
