  • Well, most of my family calls me Lucy (or lulu, lucylu, lu, lucy belle or even luey Lol! I don't how it came about either because My name is LeighAnn). My favorite band is The Beatles> hence Lucy in the Sky (......With Diamonds) and I married my wonderful hubby in 2007.

  • It does feel great doesn't it! Today makes 11 month's soda free for me (I also gave up sweet tea too). Its done wonders for me. I'm constantly incourageing my friends and family to do the same. Keep up the good work! :) It only gets easier the longer you go with out.

  • We have very similar stories! I'm 5' 5 and my starting weight was 210 and as of my last weight in a few days ago I'm down to 164. It feels good to know theres somebody out there like me. Very inspirational! You look fantastic! Keep up the good work :)

  • I have a similar story. I've started and stopped a few times since I started MFP 2 years ago. But I finally buckeled down about 8 months ago. I got on the scale and I was a wopping 210 lbs. I knew I had to do something. I haven't always done perfect and I'm not "dieting" or following a "food plan". I'm doing what works for…
