i'm addicted too!! :( i only record my weight once a week but I weigh myself every day! this morning I got up and said 'right i'm not weighing myself untill Wednesday that's it!'................ 5 minutes later I was on the scales! I think I need to just get rid of my scales, but i've been saying that for months! :(
