I've lost 14 pounds so far by keeping track of my calories, and occasionally doing excercises such as jump rope, jumping jacks and walking. :)

CW: 136 GW: 129 Water: I am horrible with drinking water. I have been trying to remember tho! This challenge is going pretty well. I'm not doing so well with the goal I set for myself, but that is only because I went from having my calories set to lose 1 lb/week to .5lb/week, so that doesn't bother me. :)

Well I'm on vacation and don't have access to a scale, but I weighed myself before I left on Sunday morning, and I was at 137 so I will use that as my week 3 weight. :) SW:139 W3: 137 GW: 129

Well, it won't let me edit my weight into my previous post, so: SW: 139 W1: 139 GW: 129 -no changes this week, but since I just upped my calories each day and lowered my loss/week to .5 lbs I'm not too upset by this! :)

Mmm.. love eggs! I made egg salad the other day. I used one hard boiled egg, 1 wedge of laughing cow light swiss cheese, and a little bit of mustard. So good! :) Oh.. and it comes out to about 105 calories!

I read all the time! Some of my favorite authors are Nora Roberts, Heather Graham, Kay Hooper & James Patterson. Some new authors I just started reading recently are J.T. Ellison and Alex Kava, and their books are great as well. :)

Lately I usually get the frozen healthy choice lunches, or take leftovers. This week I made salsa chicken in the crockpot over the weekend (chicken breasts, corn, black beans, jar of salsa) then shredded it and put into a big container in the fridge.
