Wow! This is an awesome thread. I will have to come back often. I'm 5'3" 185 due to new marriage, moving, stress, etc (the list goes on). I'm looking to lose 50 lbs to get back to my high school weight. Maybe about 25lbs in I'm come back and post "during" pictures. Selena

Back in Feb I did Zumba 3x a week along with a little more cardio and I was able to lose about 6 lbs that month. My husband said that he could see my legs and arms toning up. Hope that helps. Selena
