  • Awesome! That must be a wonderful feeling! I am looking forward to that goal myself with 4 lbs. to go.
  • Don't give up after 7 weeks! I would love to be that far along. I am debating on whether to do Week 4 day 2 tomorrow because I am still so sore, or take another rest day. I will be so happy if I go ahead and do it! You are so close. At least finish what you started. If you complete the nine weeks and decide you aren't a…
  • I had the same thing happen so I went back and used the old calorie count. They wanted me to eat less AND exercise less. As long as it works, I am staying with the original recommendations! I never went back and looked at my diary, but that must be frustrating to see red! Good luck with your journey.
  • Congratulations! That is just the best reason to lose weight, and you actually did it! You are a great example to those in the same situation. It can be done.
  • Congratulations on your weight loss so far! It looks like you are well on your way to your goal. MFP has been an interesting site for me as well. Counting calories and then seeing them when I log them in has made me see what I am eating. I realized just what I was eating after seeing it written down. I don't always make…
  • That has been my week! I have been frustrated,, but I have been reminding myself that it is not just about the pounds. It's about getting better all around. I may not lose for a week or two, but I am exercising and becoming fit overall. Not to discourage you, but I read someone exclaim they plateaued for nearly a month,…
  • Way to g! I was just thinking today that surely I was saving money since I eat a lot less junk food. Glad you show the proof!
  • Congratulations!!! Thanks so much for writing the truth. I really want to learn how to run and on days when I am scheduled to run, I find myself filled with dread. So far I have stuck with it and should complete week 3 tomorrow. I have been searching threads on this topic, and most comments are so positive that I am…
  • Wow! Comgratulations!!
  • I am a week behind you guys, but I know I will enjoy watching this thread. There's nothing like seeing someone who has "been there, done that" and survived. Tomorrow I hope to accomplish W3 D2. The second 3 minute run seemed hard so I am trying not to look at those longer runs in the weeks ahead. Thanks for your optimism…
  • Way to go!!! I have 6 lbs. to go. You've come a long way, and you are encouraging me to keep it going! Perhaps before too long now, you will be able to write,"I'm no longer overweight!". Congratulations!
  • Welcome! I have been here a while and have enjoyed the tools it has provided me in my weight loss journey. It sounds like you are tough, so I am sure you will do well. It is doable. Best of luck to you!
  • Awww. Am I too late? I just started today. I really need some accountability. I have a goal on my bucket list to one day run a half marathon. You gotta start somewhere!
  • That is just awesome. You've come so far! It's people like you that inspire me to keep going.
  • I am new to this too. I have found this tool very useful. I am seeing slow but steady progress. It has really helped me to see just how many calories I have been consuming. For me slow and steady wins the race. I've been trying to get out and walk regularly. I am month into this and my resolve is holding out. Best of luck…
