146.6 for me. Can't firgure out how I went up, I've been staying within my calories 90% of the time. I've slipped a lil on the water. Gotta start pounding that I guess.

Oops, forgot to weigh myself this morning since my routine got mixed up since I didn't go to work. Will report in tomorrow a.m. :)

Warm-up pants or yoga pants and a t-shirt, sports bra, sports socks and gym shoes.

I like the Baja salad I think it's called. They put Chilli on it. It's so good and you don't need to use any dressing either. It may come with sour cream, but if it does, get it without!

Woohoo, I got a highlight this week! I'm gonna keep on downing the water and staying close to my calorie count. Plus, continue to increase my cardio workouts!

I am hoping to get some very good workouts in his weekend and to watch my sodium as well so Monday can be a great weigh in!

A month or two, beyond that, they are off the wagon and staying off.

149.2, but I don't think that is 100% right since yesterday morning it was 147 something. I had too many salty tortilla chips yesterday!

I will watch this when I get home later. I live about 45 min. from Detroit. It's sad to think about all them poor animals on the streets.

I found that if you buy the kind with just regular iceburg lettuce in it, it goes bad fast. The kind with romaine or other fancier lettuces and greens last longer.

I made this yesterday with boneless chicken breast that were frozen. I also chopped up an onion and put some minced garlic in there and a splash or worsheshire sauce. I cooked it on low for about 7 hours. I put the pineapple in about 2 hours into cooking. It was ok, but not my favorite, and I LOVE chicken too!

I say gym. Since you know you are paying a lot of money to go, it makes you more motivated to go. Plus there are less distractions like kids, hubby, phone, people stopping over. Plus, there is more variety at the gym. I do home works out very occasionally. Liek today I did, way to much snow to dig out of to get to the gym!

Great job. You started, and looked, at about what I did. I am still in progress, but if gives me an idea of what I will look like if I wanted to get down to your weight! Thanks.

Portion control and make sure you get a workout in so you have more calories to work with. Drink a glass a water before eating or have a side salad before a meal to help you fill up.

I will have to try this soon!

I like the Ellipical the best. I burn the most calories on it and I feel like I sweat the most on it, so it must be giving me the best workout. But it's good to switch it up some so your body doesn't get use to the same thing, you gotta keep your body guessing if you want to continue changing yourself!

I do a bicep curl on a machine where I can do one or both arms at the same time. I do both arms together, 35 lbs, 3 reps of 12-15.

Sounds good!

I just bought some of the veggie "turkey" burgers and they are good. I ate it on one of those "thin" buns and put ketchup, mustard and pickle on it. It was yummy! First time I've ever had a veggie burger as well.

I'm weighin in at 150.6

Good question, I have often wondered the same thing and thought the same thing.

Try looking up recipes for "Over night" oats. you use rolled oats, not instant. You soak them in water, milk, yogurt, or a mixture off all 3 along with other spices and by the time you wake up, the liquid is absorbed. You can eat it cold or warm it up. I just heard about this last week and have not yet tried it myself, but…
