My goal this week is to burn at least 3500 calories doing cardio and to drink at least 64 oz. of water everyday!

I like the Bigelow brand of light green tea. It has a mild flavor and you can drink it without adding anything to it.

I would like to join as well. I will do an official weigh in tomorrow morning as I just saw this thread this afternoon. I want my goals this week to be to drink my 8 glasses of water a day and workout at least 4x a week, although more would be preferrable. :)

I do it on Tuesday mornings, before eating and after going to the bathroom. That was if I ate a lil bad on the weekend, I can try to flush it out on Monday.

I have only tried the Dannon because I have had coupons for it. It's usually about 1.39 each I think. It's ok, but I think I want to try the other brands out there.

I use fat free miracle whip or hummus sometime.

Use fat free miracle whip and all white meat chicken breast from a can. I put sunflower seeds in mine sometimes as well as grapes cut up or even olives cut up, green olives.

I went to one yesterday. I think there is no hope of being good unless maybe you ask them for just white rice, not fried. Other than that, they soak everything in soy suace and oil.

The machine at the gym I go to has different programs to choose from. I do the one that is a personal trainer and it switches from going 60-80 rpm to 100 rpm. I do that for 12-15 min. usually along with the elliptical.

I just thought of one I am gonna try. Diet Cherry 7up or Pomagranite 7up and a flavored vodka (Cherry or Pomagranite)

Grilled cheese and either fruit or veggies as a side or 1/2 can of soup. Or Maybe a salad and crackers. Or soup and crackers.

Yeah keep doing both. More muscle mass helps burn more calories and you need cardio as well.
