I go backwards when it tells me too. I find it a bit easier as well. To add to it, when I go backwards, I also go hands free, as trying to keep your balance works out your muscles even more. Sometimes when I go forward I go hands free as well!

I love Silk Soy milk, Chocolate light. It has 90 calories for 8oz and its much smoother than regular milk. It has less cholesterol as well. Its great to just drink by itself. Some say drinking chocolate milk after a workout will do wonders for repairing your muslces.

Ok, 2nd week in a row with the scale going up! WTF??? 147. Guess even more water and more cardio for me this week. Plus I started drinking whey protein shakes for breakfast, maybe this will help?

I get up around 6:15 and am at the gym by 6:30. I don't eat anything. I do 30 minutes or cardio, shower and go home. I get ready for work and eat breakfast when I get to work at 8:30. I do drink 22 oz. of water while at the gym though.
