For every "yes eat your exercise calories" comment you see there will be also be a "no don't eat them back" comment. The choice is up to you. Everyone's body is different. Eating my calories back works for me. Peanut butter will get your calorie count up.

I would love to hear some answers on this! I've been on MFP for about 45 days. Here it is after 3am and I can't fall asleep. It's like this ALL the time. I have a baby to take care of! LOL

I had a c section 14 months ago and there is no sign of the pouch going away. It feels like I have no muscle, at all. Frustrating!

I was 21, he was 22. We have a 14 month old baby girl and I'm a stay at home mom. I would have never thought I would be a wife, or mom, or "unemployed"... but it works. I absolutely love it! Edit: My parents have been together since they were 15 and 16. I admire them :-)

i would say they're about the same calorie wise. i just read that they take away the tortilla, but add more rice.

the more often you incorporate water, the less you will have to go. when i started drinking 12+ glasses i was always in the bathroom.
