i used to weigh in everyday, but i was driving myself crazy. i'm now switching to once a month (on the 1st) and taking measurements.

1,200 is the bare minimum of what you should NET. if you aren't eating your exercise calories back, try it for a couple weeks and see if that helps. edit: try switching up your exercise routine.

some people can get by with netting a low amount. but, please, don't post on here in 2 weeks when your body is in starvation mode and you're not losing.

Yes :) This is my first day eating them back. I should have done it sooner, but I couldn't get it through my head that eating more would ultimately help me. Damn brain!!

i'm not sure about riding a bike, but in my experience mfp is very generous with calories. i don't trust it.

i used to weigh once a week, on sundays. i purchased my own scale and started weighing every morning. i was getting too upset with the fluctuations so now i'm leaning towards weighing on the 1st of the month only. i need to keep my sanity lol
