I would say 4 more weeks at TDEE and then cut by 10%. See how the loss goes cause then you have another 5% wiggle room.

Quite normal and then you get used to eating. I went through the same. Now I can't see how I evr ate 1200. I'm at 2200 and some days I could eat more!

Since you aren't working out then you should be eating 2043 daily that is sedentary minus your cut value...now if you workout, you will need to eat back almost all of your calories or recalculate your TDEE when you are able to workout.

You need to eat 2050 (rounded from 2044) calories, every single day! If you burn over 500 calories on any workout day, then you need to eat the excess over 500...so if you burn 700 one day, then you would eat the extra 200 for total of 2250.

Eat 1997 or just even it out and eat 2000 every single day. You will only eat more if you burn over 300 cals during a workout....then you only eat the excess. So if you burn 400 then you would eat an extra 100 for a total of 2100 for the day.

No, just eat 2300 everyday. Only if you burn OVER 550 will you start to eat back the EXCESS. So if you burned 700 then you would add an additional 150 to your cut value.

We don't normally recommend anyone slash 500 from their calories. There is a TDEE calculator in the TDEE post where you can plug in your numbers and do the 15% calorie deficit. You would eat that number daily and only eat more if you have a high burn day and you are under your BMR for net calories consumed.
