Great job today!! You can do your tabata whenever you'd like...I think it's optimally a warm up for a workout, but I say get it in whenever you can...just get it in!! You're doing awesome!!

Fortunately, most of it was upper body!!! Don't push yourself to actual PAIN...being sore from workouts and being in pain are two different animals....protect those knees!!! I applaud your efforts to get through despite those pesky knee joints!!

Oh, by the end of Sept, you're going to realize how much stronger you are through all of these "extras"....they SOUND overwhelming at first, but you'll be SHOCKED how they really aren't as hard and time-consuming as they sounded the first time you read it!!

Go, go, go, Renu!! This is GREAT!! I'm going to suggest the same thing I did for Randi....can you take ONE of the Bushmen exercises and replace a pygmie exercise with it? Take the easiest one if you have to, but that will just take you up a notch..and guess what THAT means....more calories gone!! Yessssssssssssssssss!!!…
