Totally! I am an activities director for a nursing home and we do morning exercises on the chairs and elderly people do jumping jacks while sitting on the chair.

I started yesterday and I thought I was fit after losing 52 pounds! I was wrong!! I was sweating!! I thought I was gonna die but I got thru it. Add me all! We can do this!!!!

I have pandora and have this radio station called techno cardio and it rocks!! It keeps me going!!
