My biggest motivator is wanting to accomplish something within myself. Proving that I can do this. Instead of giving up, I want to know I pushed through the difficult times, the pain, and the sacrifice and made a legitimate change in my weight and in my life. It is so motivating to know I am changing myself for the better!

Bump!! Looks great, thank you!

The first thing I noticed were my pants getting bigger :) then, my face looked thinner, my rings started getting a bit loose, then my collar bones started to show...the more I lose the more things I'm noticing! It's pretty exciting!

I'm wondering the same thing! I do Couch to 5K one day, then 30DS the next. I'm alternating the work outs every other day, and I usually take one day off for the week. I'm just really getting into things, so I'm not sure how effective it will be, but I am already seeing improvements in my endurance and my energy levels!…

Good luck! Since you've truly made up your mind to make a difference and now have a strong motivational influence, you'll be amazed at the success you will have. It's not always easy, but it's so incredibly worth it. xoxo

I pack Progresso soups, lean cuisines, salads (with grilled chicken or turkey), sometimes I'll make some brown rice and veggies the night before and pack them for lunch :) lot's of choices! I almost always bring a low calorie yogurt as well for my "dessert"
