  • Thanks ninerbuff. Weather is switching from the 80’s to the 30’s back and forth with rain the past several days. There’s even snow in the forecast starting tonight. I live in southeast Texas and it’s been several years since it’s snowed here. All the heat then cold made me sick.

  • 12/6 Me: 3 LNS: 0 I consider anything after dinner late night snacking. I made homemade candies with my mom (my late grannie’s recipes) and I had one peanut butter ball and one praline to taste how they came out, but it was before dinner. However it made me go over my cals for the day.

  • Do my strength training routine 3 times a week EVERY week! Do my cardio routine 3 times a week EVERY week! Have one complete rest day EVERY week! Basically to be consistent with my workout routine for once in my life!! If I can do that then everything else will fall into place.
