I bought a shirt about a month ago that fit when I tried it on but I had never worn it yet. I decided to wear it today for the first time only to find out that it now swallows me whole. Down side, I'm out $10. Up side, I don't care about the money because I'm seeing progress people!!!

I just started a ballet exercise I found on you tube today. I took dancing for 16 years in my youth, but it's been 15 years since I've danced like that. My mini goal is to be able to do the grande battements (high kicks) past my waist again. I used to be able to kick my nose. I'm so far from that right now.
