Sorry I haven't been posting. I've been eating over my calories and when I do that, I hide in shame. I have been definitely moving around more though. The weather has been absolutely beautiful lately and my husband, the kids and I have been enjoying our afternoons outside until dark everyday. Needless to say this leads to…

Pass #3 So is it that you can pass 3 times but if you pass a 4th you're out? Or is it you're out on your third pass?
-
Pass #2 My husband shift works and he has been on his stretch of 7 days off. Hence all 3 pass days in the same week. We ran errands and have been enjoying the afternoons outside till dark with the kids so needless to say lunches and dinners haven't been the best. Exercise? Yes, played with kids outside Calories? I know…

Pass #2 Played with kids outside from 2-6:30 this evening. Soccer, frisbee, running, walking, bending up and down to pick up every little tiny purple flower in our yard with my 2 year old girl. Fun day but because we were out all day I passed on cooking and we ordered pizza and it put me over. But I tracked everything.

Yes x3 Thanks to exercise again I was 12 cals under. I need to tighten the reins a bit. I don't want to eat back all of my exercise cals. I walked a total of 93 minutes yesterday. Tracked every bite.

Pass #1 :'( Did I exercise at least 20 min? Yes, walked around Walmart waiting for the rain to stop before I left. Did I stay within my calorie budget? No, and I blame my puppy. She is not potty training very well. All 3 times she did #2, she pranced around in it as if it was a field of wild flowers without a care in the…

Yes x3! Went to my parents to eat lunch. My brother, his wife and 4 girls were there along with my two parents. We ate outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. I pushed my toddler in her stroller while my son rode his bike over there (only 4 blocks away) instead of driving there. After lunch everyone sat on the…

Just wanted to pop in and say I met my 10k steps for the day! Trying for this to be a daily thing.

Yes x3! I walked 3 miles around the neighborhood pushing my toddler in the stroller while my dad walked with us! My dad is also trying to lose weight. He is a 2 time cancer survivor and lives 4 blocks from us. He’s been walking to our house every single evening (usually while I’m cooking) and around our neighborhood.…

Wow that’s great you get 10k a day! I have a toddler with me 24/7 so if the weather is too cold for her, we don’t go walk, but I’m trying to not be lazy on those days and walk in my house while she naps or while I’m waiting on dinner to cook. At least that’s my plan. Also, I have a 24oz Tervis cup and I try my best to fill…

Got my fitness tracker yesterday but set it up today around 11 this morning. Since then I have walked 5,724 steps all inside my house because I didn’t leave it today. I’m anxious to hit 10k steps and hopefully make that a daily habit! I want to set myself some goals for March. I may be trying to over achieve but I really…

Thanks @shawna357 I will be there! Also don’t beat yourself up for maintaining. That’s still great! Shows you kept some control over the week!

March 2 Exercise-yes. Cleaned bathroom for about 20 minutes, and I walked 2 miles today Calories-yes. Exercise cals helped again. I’m trying to NOT eat them back. This may take awhile to get used to. Tracked-yes. My husband wanted to drink a margarita tonight with me, something we rarely do. I managed to squeeze it in by…

I’m a 35 yo wife and mother (son is 11, daughter is 2). I worked full time for 16 years and decided to be a stay at home mom. Ironically March 1st 2017 was my first day of my “new job”. This past year staying home I have gotten so lazy. I had big plans of getting out there with my toddler and walking, going to the park and…

Hey everyone! This is my 3rd month that I will be participating. I had a fantastic January and a not so great February. I’m going to try to make March my best month yet. I’m getting out of my rut now that the weather is starting to warm up here in southeast Texas. I ordered a fitness tracker (off brand from a Fitbit bc we…

I look like your before photo right now. It’s crazy how much my body looks like yours honestly. What you said here is reassuring me that I have the tools I need to get back to where I want to be. My calories are set at 1480 and I plan on exercising 3 times a week. Now to just stay with it for more than two weeks at a time.…

@shockvalue07 thanks for saying that. We are too. My kids hardly ever get sick (knocking on wood) so when they are, it really worries us. She’s only 2 so she only kept saying she didn’t feel good without telling us what hurts. Parenting is hard sometimes :(
