Hide the scale? I try to weight myself only once a week since it's really easy to slip into weighing yourself everyday. Maybe you could put the scale somewhere where it's not so easily remembered and found?

Well if the books are anywhere near as good as the movies (yes, the original ones), I can recommend them too. Then again, the Swedish names are not problem to me since I'm a Finn ;)

I'm in the same boat with you. No help anywhere near. And no, there is no one even interested in me so... I just need to try to concentrate on not doing something stupid.

I feel you, after 2 plates and 8 screws and pins later it's exciting to see what sounds I hear :wink: I'm flying tomorrow, so maybe the beeping will wake me up in the morning :laugh:

One. Broke my leg in accident. It was painful, but healed nicely. Can't go jogging ever again though :(

It's afternoon for me, but good morning anyway :) We just had nice little thunderstorm here and it stopped few minutes ago, just in time for me to get off from work ;)

I work as an assistant at webstore. I just graduated from college and have degree in BIT :)

I actually walk on treadmill occasionally since I can't run (broke my leg few years back, no more running for me on hard surfaces). I wouldn't do it if there was people waiting to use it, but it's free almost all the time.
