Definately not eating enough and not the right stuff. Try to eat all "real" food - veggies, fruits, whole grains, dairy, proteins... these things will help you stay full longer and you wonlt need the other stuff. I didn't look at your water intake but definately try to get all 8(or more) cups a day. You will feel much…

I am getting back to running after about 10mo off having a baby. I have downloaded edmondo but i really love using my mapmyrun app so i get really oerwhelmed with the others... but maybe if i had friends on there it would be more fun. :)

I agree ^... try to eat your 1200 and stick around there but eating too far below that will only hurt your efforts as your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to stuff ergo the scale goes up or stays put.
