I ran 10 last week. How did your race go?????? I also never leave home without my phone. I have a question - do you all typically run outside or on a treadmill? I run 10 miles fairly easy outside, but struggle to do two on the treadmill. Any advice?

I'm both excited and really nervous about my first full. I didn't train well for my first half and I just got by. It is my goal not to make the same mistake this time around. Jan. 16 - 1.1 mile Jan. 17 - 4 miles Jan 18 - 4.9 miles (walk) Jan 18 - 9.25 mile (run) Everyone is doing great!!

I've been around too, just haven't noticed much going on here. How are you ladies doing with your progress?

I have been bouncing back and forth a lot too. I finally got down to 192 and then ate slightly over my calories yesterday and now am back up to 193.2. I know that's not real weight gain, but just how my body is fluctuating and adjusting to the changes. Keep your head up and keep plugging away! You can do this!
