I love this idea and am signing up for my first round! I am trying to lose weight for my wedding in August 2018 and the holiday season is already proving itself very difficult as we have been to so many holiday parties already (it's hard being social when you're trying to lose weight!), so I love this motivation to help me…

Me: 1 LNS: 2 Having a hard time here. I had such a great day yesterday, I ate well and exercised and had a healthy dinner, and then 10 pm rolled around. I feel like I am sabotaging myself. I exercise a lot and I love to exercise, and I like eating healthy foods. So why must I continue to find the night snacking so…

How did you make yourself less fluffy? I'll have what she's having please!! You look beautiful.

Late night snacking is the number one reason I'm at my weight loss plateau right now. I work out a LOT and eat healthy during the day, but at night I just want to eat all the things. In the past I've found that 1) drinking a lot of green tea during the day and 2) eating a light meal or snack like cereal or yogurt and fruit…

I have been doing it slowly over the past few months and I just did week 8 day 1 today! I was never a runner before this program so I am super happy about it. I always thought I had bad knees, but when you take it slow and build up, your body goes along with it. If I ever feel knee pain, I take the next day off, no matter…

I've lost 25 pounds so far and I'm feeling great. I have 15 more to lose. Here are some of my tips: 1. Drink lots of green tea and water. 2. Try eating "raw till dinner" to see if you like it - you can get lots of fruits and veggies in during the day and keep your body fuelled on whole, nutritious, low-calorie foods. Then…

Prosecco is actually not bad for calories! Get a nice dry one that's not too sweet. I drink it all the time these days! Also try swapping out every other drink with soda water and lemon wedge, it's a hangover helper, people think you're drinking something with booze in it so they don't pressure you or question you too…

Lose 18 pounds by late spring 2015!!! Also - run a 5k in the early spring.

I'm always looking for binge support buddies!

I am so ready to binge tonight. I'm not going to do it though because I need to prove to myself that I have the willpower to combat the unhealthy cravings. I can't let my cravings rule me! I think you really should be proud that you beat the craving. Eventually the cravings will lessen, but it's an uphill battle so you…

I'm 27 and I've lost 20 pounds. I have another 20 to go until my goal weight. I don't notice too much extra skin yet, maybe a bit in the underarms but that's it. I worry about having excess skin at the end of it all, but I'm not sure if it'll be a problem for me. What do you guys think, will I notice it?

Peanut butter. Chips. Sugary candy like fuzzy peaches, cherry blasters etc.. Those days are (mostly) over now! Still working on my relationship with peanut butter though, the jars just go too fast around here...

I have a similar problem in my divided house with hardwood floors. I put a big thick carpet down and then my yoga mat. A thick Persian rug really really helps. I figured out where the person downstairs spends the least of her time and set up my home gym there. I also make sure there's nothing around on the shelves that…

Yah I kind of want to just try melted microwave cheese now.

So based on my recent exploration of tumblr blogs, this is what I hypothesize re the "I don't want to get skinny" statement: I think this is a way for people to say that they want to get healthy without putting pressure on themselves to look the way that the standard magazine model does ("skinny"). It's a way to set a…

Hey girl! Have you ever tried hot yoga? Either moksha or bikram? Or even intense regular yoga / jock yoga? Check it out. It tones abs, side abs and back, and makes you more limber and flexible, and burns calories. If you did yoga on top of your current regime you may find an improvement in the muffin top sitch - I know I…

Manual citrus juicers are cheap and you can make orange juice, grapefruit or lemon/lime juice...plus it gives your arm a good workout! If you're going to juice with a juicing machine, it's better to juice your veggies and eat your fruit, rather than vice versa. Use your juicer as a way to fit in nutrients from kale,…

You're amazing! Thanks for sharing!

First of all - you're a hero! Be proud of yourself for working full time and raising three children. Second of all, you could potentially exercise on your lunch break, or during your "entertain baby" time you could take her out for a walk in the stroller. A brisk walk can raise the heart rate and burn calories. It will…

If I were you I would try to pack cheap filling snacks and carry them around with me during the day. When I'm on the go, I like to carry a ziplock bag full of almonds with me. I can snack on them throughout the day so I'm not starving by dinner time. Consider that! Also - it sounds like you're very busy, but try to…

I aim for a generally clean diet - I've lost some weight so far but I'm looking to lose more. Feel free to friend me for motivation and fun!

I hear you girl! Weekends are the worst for me, everyone wants to socialize and everyone wants to drink beer and eat bad food. I've cut beer out of my life and lately I've made the move to not drink at all except for a small glass of wine at dinner on weekends. It cuts calories as well as allowing you to make more sober…

Enjoy it and don't feel guilty! It's even good for your metabolism to change it up a bit. Just make sure to get right back on the wagon afterward !

@MrsHVaughn, I've eaten raw for a week. A lot of people out there live on raw or mostly raw diets. I don't think I could do it long term, but I really enjoyed a raw detox diet for the week. It was tough but I maintain that it reset my system, shrank my appetite and allowed me to get plenty of nutrients in. I also took an…
