Try eating "raw til dinner", meaning you fill your day with uncooked fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, and then have a healthy cooked dinner if you like, with whole grains and lean protein (ie chicken with quinoa and steamed veggies). I did raw food for a week last week and it was awesome. I ate fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts. I also ate sushi twice (raw fish, seaweed + some cooked rice). I didn't lose a *ton* of weight but I think it helped with pressing "reset" on my body and I felt much more energized afterward! I would reccommend.

Even if you can't get in a full workout, 10-15 minutes of activity to get your heart racing is better than none at all! Also - drink lots of water and avoid salty foods, easily done in a time crunch, and will help flatten your tummy for the cruise!

Find a flavoured green tea you like and make it your new favourite thing to consume! Try green tea blended with white tea and pomegranate (yum!), or green tea with berries, or green tea with mint.
