I am not much of a runner, but I always like to do core and abs first. If I do them at the end of the workout I cannot do nearly as many reps.

I am from Chicago and I have worn a parka and shorts at the same time. I can also drive 75 mph in 2-ft of snow, no problem. Which makes driving in St. Louis when it rains, a nightmare. Everyone slows down to 45 mph on the highway! it's crazy! haven't you people ever seen rain?! /rant

I love to use them for chicken breast and veggies. It's nice on the nights when my husband whats to eat steak and I want to stick with chicken, because then I don't have to dirty up a pan just for me. When I do the chicken, I just season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Turns out perfect.

This is the best answer. But if you want a suggestion, I work out in the evenings too and my go-to is either a homemade trailmix (18 pistachios, 1 tbsp of dried cranberries or cherries, & 1/4 cup of bran flakes or cherrios) or Chocolate milk.

I do not feel hungry with a 1200 calorie goal, but I also have a desk job where I sit all day. The only time I really feel hungry is in the morning, but I workout in the eveings so I am sure that is the root cause of that. I get hungry right after my workout too, but I allow for a post-workout snack for that.

My calorie goal is 1200 a day. I do eat some of my exercise calories. I look at the net calories and make sure they are still at 1200 though.

Green tea helps me too. I stops me from mindless eating at work as well. Did you have strenuous workout yesterday? I work out in the evenings a lot, so when I do my strength training at night, I am always starving in the morning.
