As long as you have 15 minutes, my breakfast usually works: 3 egg whites with soy sause, a bannana (small) and Frigo's Cheese Heads Light String cheese. I usually eat the eggs at home then drive to work eating the bannana and cheese. And I have a five minute drive to work :D

It's a little scary reading your diary. Maybe you should try to increase exercise and food intake, so that way you're still loosing weight but you aren't hurting your body. :( <3

I cook mine in chicken broth then add garlic, veggies and pour some soy sause on it! :D

i would suggest trying to be more strict about your diary for about two weeks. If you are still stuck on your plateau at that point, then try lowering your calories too. Because any time you make a change to your routine, you will plateau. <3

I think weight loss should be less about BMI/Weight/and size 0 jeans and more about how you feel and what makes you confident. If you are confident in a 10-12 size and you feel healthy and good, then forget the masses. Weightloss wont stick until your do it for yourself I think! But I still have a long way to go! Thanks…
