oh yeah, I forgot about dessert. SF Jello Cups, SF fudgcicles, SF lifesavers hard candy. I was following the SB diet plan and only could have 70 cal of treats.

I did low carb for about 10 days before my wedding. I lost about 10lbs. It's TOM for me and my weigh-in day too! I only lost 1.1lbs but I know it was because of TOM. I still log it! Hopefully, next week the scale will be a little nicer for both of us! :-)

I just starting training for a half marathon last week! I have 12 weeks to train! I have done a 5k before but I mostly walked, so this is a big jump!

I think you looks great in both pictures. Your gorgeous! I know when I did the 1st 14 days of the South Beach Diet (which is pretty much lean meats, low fat cheese/milk, and veggies) but stomach went down. I did this to make sure my wedding dress wasn't snug.

Mine is 135! I weighed this in high school and clothes fit me perfect. I wore size 6/8.
