  • If I had not missed 1 day since I started here, my ticker would be around 570 days now....I was at about 515 when I missed a day somewhere.....so add me if you like :) lol
  • I used 5 the first day and 3 the next. I alternate 5 and 3 sometimes during the same workout cause some arm moves are easier than others for me...and sometimes I have to drop them altogether and just move my arms by themselves...
  • Yes I have noticed this as well! A few more on some parts = like another 30 seconds! I find that by like day 3 or so I can't stand to listen to her say the same things over and over so I put on some music and turn her down so I can just see it and not hear it...helps to keep going and not wanna throw something at the tv!

  • I am so there with you! I can only do about 5 modified pushups at a time and then forget doing more for at least 5-10 minutes! I am such a wimp with the upper body. I had to stop before the girls did on several different parts but I kept moving or just held a squat pose. It is tough but just trying it, whatever you can do…
  • Great Job!! Yea The first time I tried it the next 2 or 3 days I thought I was going to die I was so sore! But if you keep going it goes away after a couple days and it feels better and gets easier.
